Thursdays@Central: Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone 健康素食

Come discover how to create simple, delicious, healthy meals for you, your family and your friends! Chef Joanna Chen will show you how to prepare three vegetarian dishes: stir fry kale, vegetarian seaweed wrap (hands-on type) and pumpkin tofu pie. December 6 (Thursday) 12:15 – 1:15 pm, Meeting Room A.


Chef Joanna Chen has years of experience as both a chef and vegetarian. As owner of the Sun Flower House Restaurant in Princeton, New Jersey, she has developed the philosophy that it is not necessarily to sacrifice taste and flavor in order to enjoy healthy cuisine. Joanna's passion for cooking and helping others makes it a great opportunity for newbies as "seasoned" cooks looking to learn new, simple and easy follow recipes.
